"El Puerto De San Blas" a seafood Mexican restaurant embodies the essence of a lively, family-oriented dining experience, enhanced by an aesthetic that merges fun and elegance. The expansion plan adds 3000 square feet, thoughtfully designed to augment both the functionality of the kitchen and the comfort of its guests.


Design Philosophy:


The design intertwines traditional elements with modern flair, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to authentic, yet contemporary dining. The architectural narrative centers around the themes of "Maritime Elegance" and "Family Fun."


Exterior Design:



The facade of "El Puerto De San Blas" will be refreshed to mirror a quaint port town, using elements like weathered wood, ropes, and nautical accents. Large windows will offer glimpses of the vibrant atmosphere inside, inviting passersby to join.


Interior Expansion:



Guest Area: The additional space allows for a more spacious dining area, featuring a mix of booth and table seating to accommodate different group sizes. The color palette will be warm and welcoming, with pops of sea green and sandy beige, creating a beach-like ambiance.


Private Dining Rooms: Small private rooms, each themed after different aspects of a coastal town (like a fisherman's wharf or a lighthouse keeper's cottage), will provide intimate spaces for gatherings and celebrations.


Kitchen Expansion:



The new kitchen will be state-of-the-art, with increased space for culinary staff to work efficiently. A visible kitchen design will allow guests to observe the preparation of their meals, adding an element of entertainment.


Ambiance and Lighting:
